I recently purchased a new factory ordered Dodge Challenger. My sales rep was Faris Yasin. I was notified when the car came in and that he personally went over the car for me because I am currently Challenger. My sales rep was Faris Yasin. I was notified when the car came in and that he personally went over the car for me because I am currently out of state. When the car was delivered there was a chip in the door and right away Faris wanted to blame the transport company. He was extremely nervous on the phone as if he knew something was wrong. The chip was caused because of the door being out of alignment from the factory when it was manufactured. Lucky enough I was texted many pictures that when I zoomed in, you can see the chip was already there at the dealership. There are other things wrong with the car besides the chip. The dealership refuses to take any responsibility for this car. The GM Mark Hester even told me on the phone with others listening for proof "it's a Dodge, it's not going to be perfect, things happen". The President Denny Guest who emails you about welcome to the family has yet to respond to any of my emails. So here is my suggestion to anyone wanting to buy anything in the Dodge family. If things go right you got lucky. If things go wrong you are on your own and screwed with this dealership! These people will do absolutely nothing for you. Do NOT buy from this salesman or this dealership!!!!!!!! More

I am extremely happy with the experience in treatment from The South Osk Team. They made me feel like family from the moment I picked up the phone and made the call. When I actually walked in for my appointment I was swept off my feet with excellent service. My salesman was John Lipe, he put me in the car that I wanted and all the terms couldn’t have been better. I will definitely be referring everyone I know there and I’ll definitely be back to buy my second vehicle very soon. More

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Oh, did I mention SCAM? Fares tried to add a $2,000 "Marketing Adjustment" fee to the purchase invoice on a $10,000 used car and labeled it under "Accessories". I guess he thinks he's to add a $2,000 "Marketing Adjustment" fee to the purchase invoice on a $10,000 used car and labeled it under "Accessories". I guess he thinks he's smarter than his customers. He also does a lot of double-talking, stuttering and fast talking. His type of shady, underhanded dealing is what makes car buying at a dealership unpleasant. If he was really as smart as he thinks he is, he would have been able to complete the sale, since I was poised to purchase the vehicle. RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND THIS SALESMAN!! Absolutely amazing!! Fares Yasin Thank You Thank You!!!!! I originally came in with the mindset of I doubt I’ll get the vehicle I want and I’m stuck. I loved my Grand Cherokee but I had all of this room for I originally came in with the mindset of I doubt I’ll get the vehicle I want and I’m stuck. I loved my Grand Cherokee but I had all of this room for just me! I wanted a Challenger but I figured it’s out of my reach. Not today! I was greeted and welcomed with open arms *social distancing style lol* I explained what I liked and sure enough Fares found me that and MORE!!! Fully loaded type more! I am so happy!! Thank you for taking the time to listen to me, for being honest with me and for treating me like family! Your name should honestly be Family South Oak! Thank you thank you! Thank you to Bobby Weinert for helping me see the importance of paying for a maintenance add on! Once home I began to add up the pricing of different things and I’m truly saving A LOT! Thank you for explaining everything to me! More

I bought my car December 3rd the car broke down December 4th. they kept the car replaced the Ignition and keys December 19th the car jerks upon acceleration. December 19th I open the sunroof and now it won't close. This place is horrible, manipulative they knew they sold me a piece of garbage, they do not care, they are unscrupulous. I have bought a lot of cars in my life. I have never had such a horrible experience. Worst 10,000 dollar mistake I ever made. More
