Changes I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership within the last 3 years. While the first experience was very positive, they have been getting progressive I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership within the last 3 years. While the first experience was very positive, they have been getting progressively worse ever since. What I have noticed is that their advertising strategies have changed drastically over the last 3-4 years. They now employ bait and switch tactics and while I am not a lawyer, I find it difficult to believe that their marketing strategies are even legal. I had a couple of issues arise in my 2nd deal in which I contacted the owner directly and he went above and beyond to make things right. This dealership used to be very customer oriented but that is no longer the case. I am now completely done with this dealer and will take my business elsewhere. They need to take a long look at their business practices before they lose more long term, loyal customers. More
