Upon entering the dealership lobby my husband and I were greeted by Finn. Finn was very pleasant and eager to assist us. He was also very informative and attentive! A week or so later, I decided on the metallic blue GLC - I couldn’t be more pleased with my new truck, the color is exactly what I was looking for. I had a few concerns about the cleanliness of the interior, Finn took care of it right away. I dropped the truck back off for a full detail and maintenance. Finn made sure I was satisfied, he also followed up to keep me updated, and filled the gas tank up, as I traveled quite a distance. I would definitely recommend Finn - excellent customer service! This is my first 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 on 03/31/2023. Before, We wanted to choose Range Rover , but we didn’t receive the customer service as we expected to have because the car’s value is 03/31/2023. However, the customer service from Mercedes-Benz in Duluth was very wonderful which very surprised us. One of the salesman is Finn Misa, who was knowledgeable about the car and very friendly with my family. Once, we arrive at the dealership, we worn plain/simple outfits, but this dealership ( especially Finn Misa ) did not judge us by our clothing and was very kind & respectful to us, we want to say thank you to you a lot Finn.
