From a 2011 Toyota Camry to a brand new 2022 Mercedes E350..We Need bank Statements.. Those were the words of the manager at the dealership. The Sales guy Fin, was cool, did all his paperwork but then the manager came in and said "Ma'am no offense but we noticed it is such a huge gap from a 2011 Camry to a brand new one 2022 Mercedes E350, can we please see 3months of bank statements" I looked him right in the eyes and smiled and said sure. Let me log in from your computer and print it out. It is a shame to see that, with people dying of xxxxxx'Pox and Covid-19, some people are still worried about a black woman from Cameroon with a heavy accent owning a real estate and clothing line business. I work my xxx off and didn't see this as a necessity but then I realized that people start looking at you by the way you dress and what kind of car you drive. I have learned to be grateful,humble and not let other people's perception of me become my reality.. THIS IS MY SECOND EXPERIENCE AT THIS DELEARSHIP. My first was, I took my aunt there to get her son a car,I walked in and the girl at the front desk asked "ma'am are you sure you are in the right place? One of the staff members came and apologized stating that she didn't mean any disrespect. This car is for business purposes and that is he only reason I got it. Fin you were great, even helped me charged my phone and you made sure the sale happened. You listened and understood my needs. I will give you a 5star review just not the delearship. I will recommend you but I will never recommend that dealership to anyone. The delearship needs a SALES COURSE More
