Frank Fernandez was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or insistent. We came in to buy one specific vehicle that was advertised at a great price. He helped us to move along in the process without suggesting anything else. This was refreshing! All I wanted to do was buy a New Nissan Van for the company I work for. I gave the specs to the dealership I had bought two from in the past, and I thought buying another identical one would be easy. I wanted to see the paperwork before buying it to make sure everything was the same, and twice I was sent incomplete or incorrect paperwork and could not seem to get a straight answer.
So I called up Sutherlin Nissan of Vero Beach, and I'm so glad I did.
I asked for a commercial sales specialist and was put through to Frank Fernandez. Within a few minutes of talking to him, I knew I had found the right salesman to help our business, both now and in the future.
He answered all my questions, listened to me, and a short time later I had the paperwork in my hand, all done over the phone and email, for a new Nissan Van. It was all correct and well presented. That's all I wanted from the first dealer. I gave it to the owner of the company, he looked it over and said go ahead and order it.
Frank made everything easy, and he has now become our salesman for future purchases.
