He was transparent, honest, worked with us, and most importantly was able to do what he said they would do without any catches or hidden fees that you would normally expect in the car buying process. The new building is gorgeous and just a nice atmosphere to spend time in. Having said that, they got me through the entire process in about an hour or so which is unreal! We recommend this dealership at all phases. More

Beware My experience with Ventura Volkswagen has been very stressful. After having my new car for over a month , I am still having issues with them even afte My experience with Ventura Volkswagen has been very stressful. After having my new car for over a month , I am still having issues with them even after numerous contacts with customer care at Volkswagen of America who is also actively trying to resolve my issues. With no contact or explanation , Ventura Volkswagen has failed to provide pay off for my trade in resulting in that account going over 30 days delinquent and they have no record of the new purchase I have been driving over a month now. You can imagine the stress and disappointment I am having with my reputation and possible credit score taking a negative hit and having to explain myself to the finance company what is happening. Two things concern me at this point. First is that they can have such a negative impact on so many aspects of your life without consequence , and second , that they seem to have no concern what so ever about how these issues affect people. If you read reviews to make an educated decision about purchasing or leasing a new Volkswagen , I would urge you to read and consider all of the reviews on dealers in driving distance. Going an hour out of your way just might be a good choice specially after you take delivery of a new car. More

When I arrived, Joe Salazar introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. I explained to Joe that I was only interested in the E class or a BMW. He did not try and steer me away from what I wanted. Joe made me feel at home as well as the rest of the staff. I test drove the car and loved it!
