Our sales person Sal was great, not pushy, very informative and helpful, the sales manager was also very polite, informative and not pushy at all. I would have to say that overall the car purchase was the most relaxing and NON stressful i have ever had buying a car. I will definitely buy from Fontana Nissan again. More

I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Nissan. All the staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. Barry and Leon were helpful on getting me an awesome deal, something that could work with my financial situation. I also have to mention you don't typically see a General Manager walking around greeting all the guests. This was nice to see. I would definitely come back and purchase another Nissan from Fontana Nissan. Can't go wrong. More

I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Versa Sedan from Fontana Nissan and was extremely satisfied with the overall service from this dealership. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately greeted and assist Fontana Nissan and was extremely satisfied with the overall service from this dealership. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately greeted and assisted by one of the sales associates, Queanna "Q" Feather. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient. I initially explained to her that I was not ready to purchase a vehicle at the time and that I was just browsing their inventory. Queanna was never at all pushy and made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my search for the right car. I happened to come across the 2013 Nissan Versa and was drawn to it's great fuel efficiency at 40 MPG. With the help of their assistant sales managers, Syed Haider and Marlon Matthews, they were able to offer me a price I could not refuse. I left the dealership with my new car that day with no regret that I had made the right decision. I highly recommend Fontana Nissan for any and all of your auto purchase needs and would like to thank Queanna, Syed, and Marlon for their exceptional customer service and for making me feel at home! My wife and I needed a vehicle and we spoke with Joe Dalton on the phone. We were looking at a 2011 Versa with ~10000 miles that was posted online. We showed up without an appointment and Lisa Salcedo g Dalton on the phone. We were looking at a 2011 Versa with ~10000 miles that was posted online. We showed up without an appointment and Lisa Salcedo greeted us at the front door. She said that Joe was working on another deal, and that Eddie would help us out in the interim. Eddie showed me to the used car lot and directed me to the car that was posted online. The sales price was identical and there was a pristine CarFax sitting on the dash. Eddie then went over the minute differences between the current version of the Versa and the 2011 version. Eddie knew his stuff. After assessing my needs, he mentioned that the new version of the Versa was a mere $800 more expensive than the used one that I originally wanted to see. As we went on the test drive, Eddie went over all the features of the vehicle and I was sold before we ever got back to the lot. After filling out some paperwork, Aleksa came to the table and very patiently went over our needs. She returned with a package that left my wife and I STUNNED. After signing some paperwork, Joe came and checked on our progress and befriended my toddler (not an easy feat). Eddie was getting our car detailed while we waited for Wes, the finance director. After we dotted our I's and crossed our T's Mr. Bachman exceeded all expectations by ensuring that my wife and I not only got an unbelievable deal, but that we were happy. I wholeheartedly recommend Fontana Nissan to people in the market for a vehicle. Eddie, Joe and Aleksa are top-notch professionals and you cannot go wrong with this winning team. Call them! They are honest and they are willing to go the extra mile for their clients. The Dealerrater comments seem to good to be true, but I assure you, they are accurate!
