I am a retail sales manager. Frank was a very nice young man. Polite and well spoken. He took his time listening and explaining things related to the SUV. He did tell me he was new to the job only a few mon man. Polite and well spoken. He took his time listening and explaining things related to the SUV. He did tell me he was new to the job only a few months there, but he has a wonderful demeanor and has very good sales qualities that he will polish up on during time and training. He did very well for the short time he has been employed with your company. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you 😊 On another note, I would advise your managers not to leave customer just sitting alone for 20-30 minutes without explanation as to what is going on. And 2....I was told over phone yesterday it would take 3 weeks to get my plates? That doesn’t seem right should not take that long so I hope it is done before this. More
