Had a smooth, professional, courteous experience Frank Joubran was a pleasure to deal with. From his very prompt, no nonsense response to my email price quote request, to having the car ready to go Frank Joubran was a pleasure to deal with. From his very prompt, no nonsense response to my email price quote request, to having the car ready to go upon arrival, with no games or hidden charges to surprise me in the finance managers office . With the caveat that this particular Saturday was not terribly busy, I have never had a car purchase go so quickly after walking into the dealership with a price quote in hand. Frank was also extremely knowledgable in his post sale walk through and setting up the features of my 2018 Genesis. I would buy a car again from Frank - which is no small thing, as I drove from San Diego to Tustin to by this car. More

Ask for Frank! I was in the market for a EV Hybrid. I have been on the waiting list for the Tesla, but with delays I went to check on the Sonata Hybrid. I decided th I was in the market for a EV Hybrid. I have been on the waiting list for the Tesla, but with delays I went to check on the Sonata Hybrid. I decided the Sonata was too big and leisurely mentioned I would wait for the Ioniq Plug-in Hybrid. Franks says " we have one coming in the next few days, want it?" WOW, who would have thought you could buy a car in less than 2 hours. Well with Frank you can! By the way, the only reason it took 2 hours is because 1 hour of that was Frank took the time to explain every bell and whistle the car has. Top notch customer service, one employee who goes above and beyond for his customers! He even took the time to follow up and research the rebates. With the Ioniq being so new to the market, it was not showing up on the State website for rebates, well Frank reached out to them and low and behold its now there. Frank this is our third Hyundai and if I am in the market for another car or know of someone who is, I will be sending them your way. Thanks again for the hassle headache free of buying a new car. More

Great cars otherwise our family wouldn't keep coming back. With the help of personal in Hyundai's corporate offices an Ioniq meeting my requirements was located at Tustin Hyundai. This was after eight months of searching and waiting for that specific model & color. We delt with Frank Jouban, Sales Mgr. at Tustin who made the purchase very simple and quick. We hit a couple of snags but Frank handled them to our satisfaction. Frank is a true professional that knows the car business. Within an hour we were on our way with my wife's new Ioniq and that included a test drive. More
