He was very caring and compassionate making sure I understood everything from the financing to the car itself. I will forever be grateful for Francis Povis. Richard in the finance department was informative as well. Francis just went above and beyond and even Tim Riley the general manager even greeted me with a smile. This was just a crazy good experience after hearing so many horror stories from car buyers. JJ from the used car department also helped a ton. I will send family and friends to this dealership !
