Waiting that long for an oil change and not receiving the additional services you expected is unacceptable, and I completely understand your frustration. We always strive to complete oil changes within about one to one and a half hours on average, but clearly, we missed the mark this time. I’m very sorry that your vehicle was not properly checked for tire pressure and rotation, and that communication fell short when the wash crew had already left for the day.
