They called the cops Bought a used car here was told I could park my purchased car in their parking lot until I got a ride later in the evening to pick my car up. Long story short, their security team busted my brother and I when we picked the car up. They thought we stole it. Of course we did not. Bad experience. Three cops detained us for hours. I had to prove the car was mine. Dealer was sympathetic and understanding the next day. They gave me a free tank of gas for the inconvenience. They should have told their customers not to park in their newly purchased car on their lot and pick the car up after hours or the cops will be called for possible grand theft! More

In my many years of driving and purchasing cars, I had the absolute If you are looking to buy a used Toyota do yourself a favor and go meet with Fred! In my many years of driving and purchasing cars, I had the absolutely best experience at Toyota Sunnyvale! I was driving to a retirement dinner and didn’t have much time for the regular song and dance that you get at most dealerships. I explained my situation to Fred who took great care of me to speed the process along: found the car, did the test drive, evaluated my Honda trade in, offered financing, helped me transfer my luggage and I was on my way! He made sure that Bart, who took over for the signing of docs, understood we were in a hurry, and it was smooth sailing! Bart was great! What a team! Best purchasing experience I’ve ever had! My only complaint is that the key thAt the dealer had does not automatically open the trunk- if I want to get it replaced with the correct blank, it will cost 250$. Fred did arrange for me to get a second key when I had time. He followed up to make sure that I had scheduled with the locksmith, who was also great! More

They didn't try to scam you. They kept the numbers simple and straightforward. They made the entire car buying process a whole lot less painful than some other dealerships. Fred was honest, easy to work with and helpful We worked with Fred who helped us with our car selection. He was very honest and worked with us to make sure we found the car we wanted. When the car we wanted needed more time, and a new one came in he let us know first. This was very kind of him to do. He made it clear while on the phone if we wanted to wait there was no worries, but because the car matched the build we were looking for he let us know. Overall, we liked working with Fred and it was a pleasant experience. The only cons (dealership related not on Fred): Car came with only 1 key (fred mentioned he knew a guy who could help) Battery was dead in the car key More
