I am delighted with the service I've received at this dealership since 2020. Jeanette Garcia has been my sales associate since my first lease of a 2021 Toyota RAV 4 in 2020 and a 2024 Toyota RAV 4 no dealership since 2020. Jeanette Garcia has been my sales associate since my first lease of a 2021 Toyota RAV 4 in 2020 and a 2024 Toyota RAV 4 now in 2023. She has been accommodating, caring, and completely understanding of the type of features I'm looking for each time. She is very patient and does not stop until you are happy with what you're looking for. By going above and beyond for anything I inquire, she makes me feel like a valued customer. She keeps me motivated to continue giving this dealership my business. If it wasn't for Jeanette, I wouldn't be so happy with both my leases and the overall service I receive. The other employees at this dealership who also contributed to my awesome service this year are Guy Pagliano and Brianna Garay. Guy made me feel like I could trust him/Hartford Toyota when explaining the costs associated with my lease. He sat down with us in Jeanette's office and made me feel comfortable with what I was signing up for by being extremely comprehensive, straightforward, and professional. When it came to signing the papers, Brianna Garay was more than efficient at the service. She broke every element of my lease down to me through the confirmation process as I provided several signatures. It's clear that she enjoys her job. She made everything very understandable and smooth as the contract was officiated. Each of these three employees make me feel like my business and confidence in Hartford Toyota are valued. They rock. The deal went smooth until it came time to transferring plates after the sale was final. There was a slight hiccup because of insurance that we weren’t notified of until 4 days after the fact.
