I was shopping locally at first spending hours at dealerships getting the run round so I decided to broaden my search for a better deal. Jill at Hartford Toyota is 3.5 hours away from me and it was well worth the drive. Jill and I did most of the deal through email with a couple of phone calls thrown in. She was very quick to respond and was always very helpful. I asked her to send me some pictures of the truck I was buying and she had them to me in 10 min, thats awesome service. The day I went to pick up the truck went so smooth. Gaetano Pagliano who was also helping out on this deal was a pleasure to work with and had me in and out in an hour. The deal couldn't have gone any better. I definitely will recommend Jill Bruno and Hartford Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car. Like I said the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Great Experience!!! I had gone to Hartford Toyota to see a 2013 RAV4 XLE in white. I really had my heart set on white. I get there only to be told that someone was in the office buying it. I was heartbroken because it was the perfect price compared to other dealerships I had gone to. Guy didn't give up though! A 2014 one was just brought in off lease that morning. It hadn't even gone through the system yet. Though it was a newer year and supposed to be more expensive, they gave me the same price of the car I had gone there to see! Guy worked with me on my budget and really ran around for me. Once I bought the car, he called me daily to let me know how the cleaning wasn't going and to give me updates on when I would be able to pick up my car. It stunk that I had to wait almost a full week, but I knew he was working hard to get it done as quickly as possible. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others. I actually already have! More

Great buying experience I can't say enough good things about my 4Runner buying experience at Hartford Toyota. I did a lot of research about what I wanted, and talked to seve I can't say enough good things about my 4Runner buying experience at Hartford Toyota. I did a lot of research about what I wanted, and talked to several dealers. I identified a vehicle at Hartford Toyota that met my needs and initiated an inquiry with the Internet Team. Dakota and Jill were incredible to deal with - I had a transparent price negotiation and got a very fair price, completely via email. They made the actual "buy" process very easy - I came in one time to deliver payment, sign paperwork and test drive the vehicle (30-45 minutes start to finish). The next day the car was delivered to my home, fully registered by Luis, who spent a significant amount of time walking me through the features of my new 4Runner. I also dealt with Gaetano, who was great and incredibly knowledgeable about the specific vehicles I was looking at (Tacoma and 4 Runner), as well as the inventory availability of different trims/options/ colors for each. In addition, the receptionist (Darlene) was excellent - friendly, and knowledgeable; you get a very good "vibe" the minute you walk in the door. My entire experience couldn't have been better and was the best car buying experience I have ever had! More
