The absolute worst car-buying experience ever! I was told the used SUV I was buying was fully checked out, serviced, and ready to go, so I made all necessary arrangements on my end and traveled th I was told the used SUV I was buying was fully checked out, serviced, and ready to go, so I made all necessary arrangements on my end and traveled three hours to get there. I arrive to be told of a power window problem that "just happened this morning." We then take it for a drive only to note a bad shimmy. Their solution was to swap the new tires & chrome heels with a set of used tires on black rims. The shimmy is fixed, but then we can hear bad strut bearings. The manager then offers a $500 discount to take it that way. When I insist they pay to fix it, he then wants to cap their liability at $900! I declined and left fully SIX HOURS after I arrived for another three hour home with no SUV! More
