The car was beautifully detailed and the final purchase experience a breeze. The was NO up selling pressure for stuff we did not want. We did get some add ons but all stuff we wanted. Vu made the final finance tasks low pressure and painless. I would definitely purchase from Garrett and Elk Grove Mazda again. More

Next, we were set up for a test drive of the CX-3. When we returned, Garrett had the model and color we were looking for on site. He was patient when we said we needed a night to think it over. The next morning we set up an appointment, and shared most of the needed information through text/email to minimize our time at the dealership. The whole process was friendly, relaxed, and efficient. I got a signature 2020 Mazda Cx 5 delivered to me in Reno.. Im not saying I got the best ever deal but they definitely had a better deal than other dealers of Mazda in North California and Nevada.
