Aggravated with wait time I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived on time. I was promised that the service would be complete in one hour. I waited 3 hours!! My time is valuable and I am disappointed in the service that I have received here. No one updated me as to why I was waiting so long and nothing was done when I voiced my frustration. I usually receive good service here. More
