Excellent Service This is the first time I have been to Heritage, having recently purchased a used 2012 Ford Fiesta. The car was up for a couple of recalls, so I contac This is the first time I have been to Heritage, having recently purchased a used 2012 Ford Fiesta. The car was up for a couple of recalls, so I contacted Heritage and scheduled an appoint (on the wrong day, according to my wife). My wife then called and rescheduled. I brought the car in to be there ALL DAY and Heritage made $0 dollars from me for a series of lengthy replacements and repairs. They even went over the vehicle in an inspection process and found NOTHING of concern. Well they could not have been more courteous and professional had I been there to purchase a Ford F-250 Quad Cab. I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE. Great job ... and thank you! More

New only! 6/23/16 UPDATE TO REVIEW: They contacted me after my review and we ended up coming to an agreement to trade the car for a more reliable car. it took l 6/23/16 UPDATE TO REVIEW: They contacted me after my review and we ended up coming to an agreement to trade the car for a more reliable car. it took longer then expected to get the result that needed to be gotten but they made it happen and commend them for it. I worked with the Toyota side to get the car I needed since Ford didn't have anything in stock at the time but Heritage made it right, and I thank them for that! Traded my leased car with them for a used car (Mazda 3) so I could lower my payment, salesman barely paid attention to me (no longer with company). Spent 6+ hours there trying to get paperwork signed and finished. 3 weeks after buying the car check engine light came on. Brought it in, spark plugs replaced and supposedly fixed. Less then a week later light is on again. Brought it in and left it for the day. Went back at 5 to see if it was good (no call) told me they needed to send to Mazda to have them look at it. Got me in a few days later and gave me a rental car. My car lived at Mazda for over a week! Finally got it back and all they could tell me was intake had to be taken apart and cleaned. All was covered under what little warranty their car came with which was good, but because the car had been sitting in the hot sun for a week the stench of cigarettes from the previous owner showed significantly! Asked Mazda what they would retail sell this car at on their lot, they stated 10k on the high side. I paid 12,500!! Because of the smoke damage and the cigarette holes randomly throughout the car as well as the red flag of engine issues already (it's only a 2012) they wouldn't have priced it higher then 10k. Tried to negotiate with general manager at ford about concerns and he refused to work with me other then having the smoke smell cleaned from the car. Now I am appreciative of their service team who was great to work with! But, I don't feel the general manager handled himself well. He asked me what he could do to make me happy about my purchase, I said reevaluate this car and tell me it's worth what you sold it to me at. Refused! Said I should have done that at signing. How was I to know there would be engine issues exactly? You trust the dealership to sell you a car that is in good condition and stand by that car or make it right. He gave me his word that they would stand behind their vehicle. Huh, funny, fords contract states nothing verbally stated from sales is held as binding or part of the contract. Asked if they would extend the warranty? Nope! stated I should have done that at signing! Wow how am supposed to do that when your warranties are super expensive and not worth an extra $50 a month to cover barely anything on the car for only a year.. I have bought 3 cars from them so far. This 3rd one will be my last! Don't buy used from them ever!! More

Over and Above I brought my husband's truck in for one specific repair. On my way to the dealership, the tire pressure fault light came on. My husband called me and I brought my husband's truck in for one specific repair. On my way to the dealership, the tire pressure fault light came on. My husband called me and asked that they check it out. Although the original work order was already complete, they immediately rolled our truck back, and checked the sensors. Just to reassure me, Gary Graham checked the pressure on all of the tires, inflating one that was a little low. I've been buying my vehicles from Heritage for over 30 years. My next one will be another Ford from Heritage. More

painless not pressured to do anything. i came away getting pretty much what i has asked for.(that's HUUUUGGGGHHHHH!!!) I had an incident in the parking lot whe not pressured to do anything. i came away getting pretty much what i has asked for.(that's HUUUUGGGGHHHHH!!!) I had an incident in the parking lot where i caused some damage to a new car that was not sold yet. 1000% my fault. Larry said not to worry about it, you're a customer. They could have had me on this and declined that opportunity. You can bet that is going a long way with me. My last 8 new cars were fords, but only 3 bought at Heritage. That will change.... I've never been treated as well at a dealer as I have this go around. Thanks also to abby, who stayed to like 9:45pm to finish the paperwork and in no way seemed like she was rushing us. overall, a pleasantly painless purchase. I'm also positive gary in service will do whatever he can if i need service... been working with gary for maybe 30 years.... great employee More
