The easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience. They were pleasant and helpful from the first moment I walked in the door. Knowledgable, Professional and Freindly. Great experience ! I had done my homework on the 2015 GM 2500 diesel truck I was looking to purchase. After visiting 7 GM dealers, each one seemed to know less about the I had done my homework on the 2015 GM 2500 diesel truck I was looking to purchase. After visiting 7 GM dealers, each one seemed to know less about the actual vehicle I was looking to buy. On a suggestion I stopped in at PATRICK GMC and was greeted by Gary Johnson. Not only was he the only sales person of the 7 dealers to call me back, he actually knew the product and was able to answer all my questions regarding every feature I was looking to include in my purchase. There was no hype and no pressure just simple professionalism. I ended up ordering a 2015 GMC Sierra SLT Z71 2500HD Duramax diesel truck from Gary. Upon picking it up Gary spent whatever time it took to complete the paperwork and more importantly, went over every option on the vehicle and how it works. My experience with Gary was most rewarding because he tried so hard to get me in the price range I wanted. He first tried to get in my first choice of a new truck, but it was to much money for my budget tried so hard to get me in the price range I wanted. He first tried to get in my first choice of a new truck, but it was to much money for my budget , so we went for a 2014 Terrian and I am happy with that. The entire sales experience was fantastic. Gary was very knowledgable and took a lot of time to explain other vehicle options that may better fit our needs. It was evident he was looking out for the custome knowledgable and took a lot of time to explain other vehicle options that may better fit our needs. It was evident he was looking out for the customer's needs, not his commission on the sale. We walked in thinking we would be purchasing a Yukon Denali and ended up going with Gary's recommendation a new 2014 GMC Acadia Denali. If Gary was only concerned about enhancing his commission on the sale he would have encouraged us to stick with our original choice that retailed for around $10,000 more. This is just one example of the integraty of everyone that works at Patrick. They make their customers feel like they are part of the Patrick family and make the customer always feel like they are valued. It's the reason why this is the 7th vehicle we have purchased from Patrick, we would never go anywhere else! The service after the sale is just as fantastic as the sales experience. More
