I had a great experience buying a used car from Kelly Ford, easy straight forward in and out. After money exchanged hands is where things fell apart. I had a few mechanical issues and concerns after only Ford, easy straight forward in and out. After money exchanged hands is where things fell apart. I had a few mechanical issues and concerns after only owning the vehicle for 60 days and less than 2500 miles I put on it. Reached out to the dealership several times with no call back, sent emails... nothing. It wasn't until I was connected with Gary who was the only person who would listen and advocate on the consumers' behalf and work to find an outcome that would satisfy both parties. After a month the end result was me having a vehicle that needs a few repairs and the dealership not willing to do anything (even know it's under the dealership warranty). They had no problem taking my money, but when it came time to fix the problems, they wanted nothing to do with it. So, if you want to buy a vehicle at Kelly Ford, you definitely should.. But if you want to buy a vehicle and have the peace of mind knowing you're in good hands post sale.. I would run.. not walk.. run the other way. More

Sadly it was a terrible experience for my daughter and I. We put $1000 down. Was told the car should be ready the next day. 4 days later we got a call, no title. This dealer refuses to refund my $1,000 deposit that they received via an online order. I picked up the car and they required an extra $1,000 deposit because they couldn't find the initial deposit. Have bee received via an online order. I picked up the car and they required an extra $1,000 deposit because they couldn't find the initial deposit. Have been going back and forth with them for over 2 weeks with virtually no contact from them. I even showed them the credit card statement that has the initial deposit on it. They hardly ever respond to emails and they are usually "unavailable" to answer the phone. Avoid this dealer at all costs. More
