"Heating issues resolved"
Bought a jeep compass at Garavel and got quite a good mileage on it before overheating became the first and so far only issue with this car. I brought the car in a first time and the dealership changed the thermostats at my expense. This did not resolve the issue, which was hard to detect as it only came up after driving long distances. The next time the radiator cap was exchanged, which was suspected to be not sealing right. Also this did not fix the issue. The service department then took more or less the whole motor apart to find cracks in the cylinder head, which was replaced under warranty and the car drives like new since then. Kudos for stepping up, being persistent and resolving this issue.

"Went looking and left with a new car"
Brendan R, was my salesman. Very patient, very informed, knew his vehicles. Understood what I was looking for. Came in with a Jeep Renegade, nice car and served its purpose. Needed to check out a few things, take some test drives. Did jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Infiniti, Maserati, Toyota and Alfa. Did not expect I’d be leaving with a new car. Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. Matched or met all the issues. Incentivized to stay with Jeep and I’ve had a few of the others.
Brendan worked on the deal with me and we got it done. Saved repeated trips to decide and finalize.

Staff is rude and defensive. Very laid back about and not committed to fixing problems the first time.
Kieth (service writer) is very courteous and helpful at all times, so was Dave (service manager) at first. Josue was helpful at first but talks down to customers, didn't return several calls for scheduling and didn't pro-actively follow up with repair status. Interactions with Gene were ok, he wasn't the most patient or informative.
