We really struggled with other Hyundai dealerships, and almost bought another car completely even though we were interested in the Palisade. We called Geoff and asked about Palisades. We were looking for a particular Model with particular options. He helped us identify a vechile and talked with us about how we could hold it until we could looking for a particular Model with particular options.
