I went into Toyota of Lancaster on January 31, 2024, and purchased a 2024 Rav4. It is a beautiful car. My issue is with the management departments. I had a couple of options added onto my car by accident th purchased a 2024 Rav4. It is a beautiful car. My issue is with the management departments. I had a couple of options added onto my car by accident that I decided that I did not want after all so I contacted my finance Manager, Ian Rybkin, and he refused to answer my emails or return my phone calls. I called several days and wrote him many emails, but he would not get back to me. I received a thank you letter from TOL with two business cards included. The first card I received was from Gladys Garcia, who is the TOL Customer Service Manager, so I contacted her to try and get my issues handled. She just pushed me off to someone else named Maricela. Maricela did handle one of my issues but stated that Ian would be into work at 1pm. that day and would contact me about my second issue. Ian never contacted me again. I decided that since I couldn't get anybody else to help me, I would contact the man on the second business card included in my letter, who is Geoff Yeager, whose title is GM/Partner. I wrote an extensive email to Geoff Yeager explaining everything that had happened and everyone I had dealt with and their refusal to help or contact me in any way. The GM/Partner of TOL has also decided to not contact me after two emails and a phone call to explain what has happened and how something so easy to fix has turned into such a disgrace and such a shame to have attached to your business. I have never been treated with such disrespect and just brushed under a rug like I don't matter, especially after spending $35,000. This is not much money to a lot of people but it is a lot of money to me but more than that it is the point of it. As far as Toyota of Lancaster is concerned, I would highly suggest traveling a little bit farther to a better dealership. I wish I had. More

It’s interesting Toyota of Lancaster hides their reviews. Do not go to this dealership. They will scam you BIG TIME! I am totally traumatized! This is after i nearly died in a Toyota from faulty airbags and Do not go to this dealership. They will scam you BIG TIME! I am totally traumatized! This is after i nearly died in a Toyota from faulty airbags and should have never gone here after that to purchase a used vehicle. I have just discovered federal laws being violated in terms of finance information and forgeries. Bank fraud and at minimum a felony offense for multiple forgeries sent to Toyota Financial Services. Multiple California laws broken and my rights violated as well. Almost a month after payment and purchase they lied and said my financing fell through and I had to pay more money and they would mail me a new contract. Which I have also realized then dissolved all other associated documents and service contracts that I have been paying interest on for 6 years! They also and the finance company admitted on recorded call that false information was reported on my credit report! Limiting my housing options as well as affected anything that my score is related to for 6 years! Not to mention all the inquiries made way after purchase that took a long time to come off my report. They fraudulently cited my DOWN PAYMENT nothing was post dated nor was there installments that were agreed upon for the 2 DOWN PAYMENTS made, they falsely cited both down payments as DEFERRED DOWN PAYMENTS, dealership pockets that. I would have never even had my situation and contracts looked into, if I hadn't been so awfully treated when calling the dealership to understand the ending of my contract and down payments better. Fortunately I have documentation of calls, emails all from even 12/29/2017, all contracts, forms, and payment processing. Don’t suffer the years of abuse this dealership subjects its growing number of victims to. I will be bringing this to various media outlets and my influencer friends who advocate for consumer rights. Toyota has many lawsuits right now for good reason! Not to mention they halve had to settle on cases where it was found that racial profiling contributed to higher apr rates! They also are supporters of certain political parties that help their interests, just so people know where they are putting their hard earned money. This is far from over. Sandy in financing is aggressive and gets very upset with polite questions, if it weren’t for her, I would have never suspected something triggered her out of pocket lack of manners. Very two faced. This review is the short version that doesn’t even go into falsified previous owner information and odometer law violations. Also denying my right to the letter i was allegedly sent notifying me way after the 10 limitation they have my financing fell through after California regulations permit as they claimed, more lies. Took in our 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid because the driver side mirror shakes. They replaced it with a new one. The new mirror was worse than the old one. Then the door lock stopped working, they forgo driver side mirror shakes. They replaced it with a new one. The new mirror was worse than the old one. Then the door lock stopped working, they forgot to attach it when they put the door panel back on. So I had to make another appointment for them to fix it and check the new mirror. Sure I'll take another day off. Took it in, they fixed the door lock but now it makes a clicking noise when unlocked which they said was normal even though it didn't make that noise before. Then they said they would have to order another mirror and would call me in a few days once the part was in. So a week goes by with no call so I called them and yep they had the part in, probably by the next day. So I took another day off to take the Highlander in, waited close to 2 hrs but worth it right? Nope the new mirror shakes too. But at least Eduardo Jimenez told me about it instead of seeing it once I drove away. So apparently there's nothing they can do, it's up to the manufacturer to fix it and do a recall. To top it off this isn't the only issue with the vehicle. When driving you can hear wind noise which gets louder the faster you drive, so when you're on the freeway it sounds like you're in a wind tunnel. Horrible right? It doesn't take a genius to figure out it's the weather rubber seals but they won't change them and we can't do it ourselves because it would void the warranty. These issues were from the beginning so we've been dealing with different dealerships for over a year now. You would think that Toyota would have better customer support and get it fixed, I mean it's a new vehicle and not a cheap costing vehicle either. It would be nice if Toyota just cared about their customers. All we get is the run around and the only outcome has been our time, the time we take off of work, the gas we spent taking it to different dealerships, the hours we wait, all for nothing. This is our fourth Toyota vehicle and will be our last. We just bought another vehicle but we went with Honda because of all the issues we've had with Toyota. Wished we had gone with Honda from the beginning. More
