Terrible experience. Trying to line up a simple lease of a car they have in stock. took over a week, 10 emails and several phone calls and still not completed. No problem w/ credit or being approved. Explained the circumstance about not living in the area and relocating. pw they call back saying cant do since I do not have a local address. TERRIBLE. More

Bait and switch tactic, would not help out with previous lease buy out at all despite that i was told I qualified for the “pull ahead” program. Asked sales person, George, to help me out with rebates. He to lease buy out at all despite that i was told I qualified for the “pull ahead” program. Asked sales person, George, to help me out with rebates. He told me to return on Monday, which the receptionist told me was his day off when I arrived to get his help. Was told I could get the black bow tie logo added on my car but ultimately was not given the emblem. Sticker had included features advertised and then was told that it was not. $795 disposition fee was rolled into my lease payments, previous disposition was $395, very shady. This is the last time I will be buying or leasing a GM product because of my treatment. More
