I have bought six cars from Conicelli Auto and George Giannakopoulos. They have treated me like family and have always helped me choose the right car/suv and financing. They are like family to me. Best Experience at a Car Dealership I'd been to about 5 different dealerships before I decided to go to this one and it was the best decision I made. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my toyota camry. George was patient and hassle free which made me feel like I was in control. Had a great experience from start to finish! Purchased a used Toyota Tundra and was very impressed with the customer service. I recently went there to look at a 2010 Dodge Ram and also a wrangler and I thought I would have a chance with Conicelli because I don't have the greatest credit due to going through cancer a year and a also a wrangler and I thought I would have a chance with Conicelli because I don't have the greatest credit due to going through cancer a year and a half ago and being on disability and no one around where I live would not touch me. After talking with me George Giannakopoulos could not get me into those vehicles because I was to far in the red and banks stay away from that unless you have a good amount of down money but he persuaded me and convinced me to look into either a brand new or a year old Toyota Rav 4 so I looked at them and liked the options and the gas I would be saving. Well I left that day not sure if they can work anything out and after a few hours of hard work between George and the financial department a deal was done and I picked it up the next day 2013 Rav4 and I'm very happy with the decision. I want to thank George in steering me in the right direction and making me a happy customer and enjoying my Rav4. More

Dealing with a dealership is a combination of it's policies and its people. Even the most customer focused salesman is hamstrung if the dealership has customer unfriendly policies. We checked out a number of dealerships to look at very specific cars and had a variety of experiences from the pleasant to the ridiculously stereotyped manager being constantly called over for no good reason. First, George is awesome. He is experienced, laid back, and understands his audience. He didn't try to push a solution that wasn't what we wanted -- just listened to what we needed, helped us to consider all the possible options available, and let us make a decision. We had one dealer we had promised to talk to after Conicelli and he honored that and didn't try to push us to a decision before we were ready. Once we had a decision, however, he was extremely helpful in pushing it to a conclusion, despite considerable annoying nonsense on the part of my bank folks. George rocks, but the excellent interaction we had with him would not have been possible had Conicelli not had really good policies in place to support him. How do I know this? We saw plenty of dealerships with very nice folks as salespeople but with horrible, time wasting policies that force the customer to be terribly rude to their salesperson and force the salesperson to waste the customer's time. Conicelli clearly doesn't pull this nonsense, which puts them up at the top for our next car buying experience as well (may it not be soon!) Incidentally, we had a fantastic experience with the associated Nissan dealership. These folks simply know how to run dealerships in a customer friendly professional way. More

I was just browsing some new cars and used Toyota cars before Thanksgiving 2012. Georgios was very nice and professional and showed me the cars I wanted to see. I test drove a 2011 Camry, as I intended to before Thanksgiving 2012. Georgios was very nice and professional and showed me the cars I wanted to see. I test drove a 2011 Camry, as I intended to replace my old Camry. However, my wife wanted a new car and wanted to try a Honda sedan. We ended up buying a 2013 accord a few days later after work. Georgios stayed late and made the whole buying experience very pleasant. I strongly recommend him. More
