This was the first car purchase I have ever made. I had shopped around for awhile and researched multiple different brands and models. I visited one dealership prior to visiting Michaud mitsubishi an I had shopped around for awhile and researched multiple different brands and models. I visited one dealership prior to visiting Michaud mitsubishi and I was not very impressed. When I arrived at the dealership I was instantly greeted and walked over to a waiting area that had free coffee. I arrived 20min early, but George accommodated this and pulled the car around so I could inspect it while he finished up with other clients. He answered all my questions and helped explain the different features in the car. He also made the financing aspect very easy. He did not pressure me to put any money down and he did not add any hidden fees to the price. He was very transparent. I did not feel like I was pushed around. What pleasantly surprised me was that he did not disappear into the back to have a discussion about fiances without me present. Overall, I will recommend this dealership to all my friends. More

George personally delivered my vehicle in a snow storm because my other vehicle broke down and I had no other way to get to work the next day. I think that says it all, but I'll keep going. This is a family-owned business which means you get treated fairly by good people who treat you like a person instead of number. Great price. They take the time to explain everything to you and help you understand the whole process and all the paperwork. I cannot recommend them highly enough. More
