They were cool at first and I did give them a good review at first but my traverse that I purchased transmission died they did fix the transmission but they have done nothing to get my 2016 Passat back on th at first but my traverse that I purchased transmission died they did fix the transmission but they have done nothing to get my 2016 Passat back on the road they had it yesterday they worked on it for 2 weeks I go to pick it up it doesn't start they jump it that's a brand new battery mind you interstate battery at that I get it home 9:00, my wife wants a mountain dew I go to start the car up to go to the gas station and it won't start I have turned the car over to the bank and I'm just waiting for the bank to come get it it is been in the shop six times I have shown Joe machens my receipts and they still have done nothing to fix these issues and problems they just said screw you small guy in your family deal with your piece of s*** German car. More

I only wished for one, specific update to be made to my car. A very specific software update. Not only did they not do the one thing I needed, they charged me to diagnose first, then refused to do the upda car. A very specific software update. Not only did they not do the one thing I needed, they charged me to diagnose first, then refused to do the update, and finally tried to push a bunch of completely unnecessary and straight up false car care services on me. They left 2 seat totally unusable then said they couldn't help me. When it was taken in to be fixed the seat was reclined but was able to be used.
