We were sold a vehicle that was in “excellent” condition according to them to later find out it has terrible hail damage on the roof. Insurance can’t cover it bc it hasn’t hailed since we bought it. Linwood told me they would pay half to fix it and once they got the estimate to fix it, they backed out and said there was nothing they could do. Sad bc I have been a very loyal customer for years. To top it off they were very rude and hateful the entire time. Long Story short don’t give them your business! More

Horrible experience... purchased a 28,000 dollar vehicle and 2 months later it’s unsafe to drive.. Sales representative sold me on the multi point inspection they perform to make sure the vehicles are worth and 2 months later it’s unsafe to drive.. Management has declined any assistance to get the vehicle back on the road and pretty much advised we are out of luck, I would personally steer away from this dealership and purchase somewhere else, very disappointed and disgusted with the lack of integrity More
