We were referred to this dealership by a friend. It was quite a distance from our home but they were advertising a used vehicle I was very interested in. Our friend had referred us to Gerrie Wilkes the general manager. She would not be there on the day we were planning on going there but she made special arrangements for us to be helped by manager Mark Morrow. Gerrie had quoted us a very reasonable price on the vehicle. She made it well worth the drive. Manny Ortiz took all the information regarding the vehicle and then we were sent to Justin Kasper the finance manager to print up the contract. Everyone was so friendly and personable and very informative on the whole process. My car was equipped with a GPS which I had no idea how to use. Manny was so patient and programmed my home address into it. I would highly recommend this dealership and the wonderful employees who work there. A big THANK YOU to all of you. DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER! My wife and I purchased two vehicles on 11/05/2022, a 2014 Ford Fusion Energi (a plug-in hybrid) and a 2019 Toyota Rav4 (LE). Shortly after our purch My wife and I purchased two vehicles on 11/05/2022, a 2014 Ford Fusion Energi (a plug-in hybrid) and a 2019 Toyota Rav4 (LE). Shortly after our purchases I started to notice some info we were told was not true. Here are the lies they told us: -Ford Fusion would get 21 miles on a full charge. The reality was the car actually got 7-10. After a bunch of back a forth with the dealership I was told I could return it but that became an even bigger hassle. At this point the dealership was going to try to rip me off to get another vehicle from them. They even tried to get me to trade in the Fusion to get a different vehicle which that would have put us way under water. -Next I found rust on the Rav4 roof. When we had purchased the Rav4 they had tried to sell the addon for paint protection. When we said we didn't want it they discounted the protection off the car prices as according to the sales man they could remove the paint protection since it was already applied. After I informed them I found rust they said they didn't have to do anything and even went back and said that because we didn't purchase it they had removed it from the vehicle. I have since found out the repair for the rust on the roof will cost from $1,500 to $3,500 to fix. More

No service! Had an appointment for an oil change. Waited 15+ minutes for service advisor to even talk to me. She told me it would be 1.5 hours for an oil change! Had an appointment for an oil change. When I told her I had to be out of there in an hour she took the car back to service and told me they could NOT do it in an hour! Why even have "appointments" if it doesn't mean anything. Bad, bad management and dealership. They should take down the sign saying Hour or Less oil change! What a scam. More

Mark was everything a car sales person should be. He was patient and knowledgeable. He showed me all of the features of the car and explained why he thought I would benefit from using them- after taking th patient and knowledgeable.
