I signed the contracted on the first day to trade in my car but my dad was satisfied with the price the second day I turned back to ask car back and they agreed. From the moment we walked into Flagship Motorcars we looked at many vehicle options, test drove them, Mike explained all the features of each. When it came down to figuring out which vehicle was the best option to fit within my budget, Mike did very thorough research to present all my options and to see how we can work to get inside that financial box. We looked at many different options and Mike was incredibly patient throughout it all. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. I truly felt like Mike had my best interest in mind through the whole process. Suada Kolenovic did an incredible job with the product concierge services. She explained ALL the intricate features and details of being a Mercedes-Benz owner. She went through the Mercedes Me app, demonstrated all features of the car, and patiently answered every question we had. Even after a few weeks of using the car, she is still enthusiastically answering all my questions. She has an incredible in-depth knowledge of all the features and how to maximize enjoyment of the vehicle. Our salesman, Jared Kagunda, his managers Nick Ioannidis & Ken Julian, the Finance Manager, Gil Otero and Concierge's Suada Kolenovic & Elder Perez made us truly feel like family from the moment we walked into this beautiful dealership. Jared displayed the type of perseverance, professionalism and patience you would expect from a seasoned salesperson. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail were impeccable. Nick Ioannidis made an immediate impression on us.
