Her service went above and beyond any service I have ever received at a dealership. My transaction was a bit convoluted as it was transpiring just as I started a two week vacation in a remote location with limited cell service. Our salesperson Arthur Kloack was fantastic a perfect gentleman no high pressure sales tactics just gave us breathing room to look around the showroom told us when we were ready to just call him. We looked at a few different models and Arthur answered all our questions about each model I was impressed with how much knowledge he has about all the different models of cars that were in the showroom. Once we made our purchase Arthur took the time to show us how to use all the different features in the car and when we were finished he gave us his business card and told us if I had any questions about the car not to hesitate to either call him or go see him in person. Since our purchase of the car Arthur has phoned me numerous times to ask me how the car is and if there was anything else he could do for me or if I had any other questions a true gentleman.
