I started working at the Herb Chambers Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership in Danvers, MA, and worked there until 2007, then transferred to Flagship Motorcars and have been here since. I have experience in the business office as a business manager, and also now my current position of sales manager.

One of the best experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. At first I was very apprehensive about dealing with a sales person. Bought a used 2017 C300 from Skip Petersen. Great experience. There were a few things that needed to be taken care of. Skip made sure they were done and answered all of my questions. Absolutely great experience! I live in Boston and drive there for my service as well. I honestly wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I’ve always been treated well. If you want that same experience, then stop in and ask for Skip! In the Financing area, I worked with Gil Otero. Many people dread this part of the process. Gil was great. Gil explained all the options. No pressure. I purchased what I wanted and he got me a great rate for my car! On the management side, Ken Julian is someone I worked with the first time. Again no pressure. A gentleman. In Service, Renan took care of me. He got my car ready for pick up and made sure I was happy before I drove off. (My son has also bought two cars here too!) More

Friendly greetings every time I pull in for a service issue. The procedures are simple and the waiting area is comfortable.
