Bad experience with South west kia and Dallas I went to Southwest Kia and purchased a 2019 Kia Rio I ask the sales person did the car have an alarm system on it he said I promise you it has one o I went to Southwest Kia and purchased a 2019 Kia Rio I ask the sales person did the car have an alarm system on it he said I promise you it has one on it but it didn't from the sales manager to the finance guy also the sales person they were all unprofessional the sales manager told me I could go to car toys to get an alarm system I told him I was not going to car toys they should put one in out of courtesy when they decided to put one in they give me a loaner car that had spider webs in it, the service department said they had to drive the car to Grand Prairie, and the car would be back that Thursday or Friday after I dropped my car off I didn't here from anyone, after the way I was treated I told them I didn't want the car I only had it for nine days purchased it on 5/13/2019 to 5/22/2019 and when I went to take the loaner car back to them the car was not there I also told them I wanted my money back the sales manager said they couldn't give me my money back because they spent 500 dollars they are liars I'm still working on getting my money back I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to South West Kia very unprofessional. More

Gordon Penelton at Southwest Kia Dallas Rocks! The first time I met with Gordon Penelton, he worked very hard to reach a monthly payment acceptable to me based on my previous 2014 Kia, however, the The first time I met with Gordon Penelton, he worked very hard to reach a monthly payment acceptable to me based on my previous 2014 Kia, however, the finance person was offensive telling me his offer was the best I would do after I had spent 2-1/2 hours at the dealership. I left the dealership and kept in touch with Gordon. I backed off for a week and checked other Dallas area Kia dealers and decided upon a reasonable lease payment and term to go back to Southwest with. The second visit was pleasant and efficient and the finance manager (sorry I lost the card with his name) that I signed my paper work with was pleasant and realized that I had been in the banking industry 40+ years and knew a little about financing. I now have my 2018 Kia Sportage and I love it. More
