Everything went fine. Although there are finger prints on the rear bumper which I noticed this morning. And I did have to stay at the dealership from 9 am to 5 pm because the car needed update programing on the rear bumper which I noticed this morning. Rip off! I tried to buy a vehicle out right from Harbor Nissan. The vehicle's advertised cost was $37,694.00. They ended up trying to charge me $43,598.25. Tha I tried to buy a vehicle out right from Harbor Nissan. The vehicle's advertised cost was $37,694.00. They ended up trying to charge me $43,598.25. That total included $1985.00 for Accessories??? It was a used Truck!!! I will never buy anything from them. Originally I had a trade in. When I was asked I had given them a payoff amount that was lowered after we made another payment. I asked if the price of my payoff would get me out the door at $42,000.00. I was told yes and made an appointment to go do the deal. 1 hour and a half prior to the appointment, the salesman called and said they needed to add $500 to the total to make it $42,500.00. I should of stoped there. I ended up selling my car over the weekend and asked how much would I be out the door now that there is no trade in. The salesman replied...for some reason its comming back higher!!! $43,598.25!!! DONE WITH THEM!!! More

upped price I called and got their best price on a 2017 Nissan Sentra. It was advertised with a certified warranty. After I drove from Venice down there they told I called and got their best price on a 2017 Nissan Sentra. It was advertised with a certified warranty. After I drove from Venice down there they told me I had to pay $2000 extra for the warranty. I complained then they said they would cut it to a thousand. I said no. I basically wasted my time and gas to drive down there to get the price raised. They also wanted $850 dollar dealer fee which I know a lot of Florida dealers do. It's a ripoff too but you expect it down here at a lot of dealers. Salesman was very nice but it was his bosses that set their policies. Jim Lilley Venice, Fl. More

This dealership went way beyond my expectations. Our initial contact was Grady. A young man,with a great personality and bearing. Obviously well suited for this line of work. Our next contact was Zac Our initial contact was Grady. A young man,with a great personality and bearing. Obviously well suited for this line of work. Our next contact was Zack. He actually sealed the deal and we couldn't be more pleased. Very professional. Michael Moore was the delivering salesman. Trust me Mike went well beyond what one expects. There were details of the sale that required his utmost attention and he delivered. Can't say enough good things about Mike. Frank,in finance, was a breath of fresh air if you know what i mean. No pressure or up-selling beyond our needs. Very personable as was everyone we came in contact with. This isn't our first purchase at Harbor and hopefully won't be our last. More
