They are always very nice, and they get the oil changed pretty fast. I don’t have to wait very long. I wish they could get my radio fixed, still an aggravating problem. They even went as far as to turn on my toddler's favorite movie and play with him while mom and dad signed papers. I will forever be a Carter customer.
