Greg is another one of our fascinating salespeople. In another life, he was undoubtedly a player for the Pittsburg Steelers. His own personal holiday would be called By The Water Day. A simple concept, everyone must find a body of water and chill on it for a day. If you are not on a body of water or are not chilling hard enough, you will be fined. The most important thing Greg has learned is that no matter how nice you are, you can never expect everyone to be nice back.

I'm from out of state and the folks at Bob Hook Chevy were super easy to deal with. I primarily communicated with Kelly and Tyler over text messages which was very convenient for me. They were very qui were super easy to deal with. I primarily communicated with Kelly and Tyler over text messages which was very convenient for me. They were very quick to respond and gave me confidence they had experience dealing with an out of state sale and the complications that go with that. I decided to fly into Louisville on a Saturday morning to pickup the car and then drive it home. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, I was unable to arrive prior to the dealership closing for the day. Since they're normally closed on Sunday, this meant I would need to stay in town until Monday morning to pickup the car. This is where the team went ABOVE AND BEYOND. First Cecelia called me at the airport to finalize financing. Then Kelly and Greg arranged to meet me at the dealership on Sunday, their day off, to finish the deal. The paperwork was ready and just needed signatures and I was on my way home in no time. They really stepped up to turn around an unfortunate situation. Thanks to everyone at Bob Hook that helped make it happen! More
