I was on a market for an Audi or Volvo and within 3 days got converted and was sold on the idea of BMW 328. Needless to say I have been a big fan since then. There were no tricks employed, everyone was very honest and I knew from the get go what I am getting and how much that will cost. That honesty combined with professionalism in every aspect and politeness will draw me back when my lease is over. The dealership is a bit of a distance for us but they had the exact car we were looking for which proved to be difficult to find at the end of the year. Greg was patient and answered all my questions over the phone (and via email) so there were no surprises when we got there. Additionally, he did a great job reviewing all the new 535 features with us before we left with the car. We also worked with Becky, who handled our finance and insurance needs. She did an excellent job explaining our options and helped us narrow in on the best choices for us. Her guidance was very much appreciated. All in all, a really pleasant and stress free experience!
