For example, I do not know and was not shown how to turn the radio off and was worried that it would play and run down the battery when the vehicle was not in operation. I also have no idea how to check to see how many miles have been driven on the vehicle. It shows how many miles I can drive with the remaining fuel but not how many it has been driven since it was manufactured. I slo need to know how to operate the heating and air conditioning; it was all hurried and late in the afternoon on Saturday, and I really do not have the knowledge I need to do all the fundamentals as yet. No one was pushing, but I needed more time to absorb. More

Great service - unfortunately I had a blow out on one of my cars tires. Limped it into BMW Towson around 9am and luckily got paired with James.
