This dealership has zero interest in keeping their customers happy. I was given a quote for the vehicle with a $1,000 discount and then was told it was "wrong and that people make mistakes" when I tri customers happy. I was given a quote for the vehicle with a $1,000 discount and then was told it was "wrong and that people make mistakes" when I tried to verify the price. When I finally purchased the vehicle, I was told to come in for my appointment at 9:30am in a few days. I showed up and nobody knew I was coming. I then had to wait for them to gas up both vehicles (as we were driving to Yuma) and nobody had my final finance paperwork. To top it off - once I arrived in Yuma, I realized there were no plates for the vehicle and no temporary tags. They had forgotten to give me a one-way voucher to go back to South Dakota. Poor experience and when I emailed asking what should be done about my experience, I was offered a car wash. Horrible. I'd never recommend this dealership to anyone. I also emailed Sonny about information on my loan and never heard back. These guys don't care whatsoever. More

I started at Carl Burger Dodge at about 12pm. I was informed they were showing cars by appointment only but Gus helped me out regardless! I looked at a couple then continued on to the next 4 dealership informed they were showing cars by appointment only but Gus helped me out regardless! I looked at a couple then continued on to the next 4 dealerships. Hours later I found myself back at Dodge asking for Gus, he went above and beyond! He stayed hours after close, drove me to my house so my husband could check out the car and will be driving to my co signers home in Ramona so they don't have to leave their house. We sat down to finalize the deal and in comes Sonny, he lays out all the info, explains everything and couldn't have been any nicer he even made it enjoyable for my teenage daughter (and that's hard to do.) These two made car buying FUN. I never felt pressured or uneasy, truly an amazing experience at Carl Burger Dodge. If you need a new car ask for Gus and Sonny, these guys are top notch! More

A week ago I went came to dealership met James "JJ" Carr. He was very professional & open minded. But today Gus Aldulaimi did not help me to purchase the car. Also, he told us he is the manager of the store He was very professional & open minded. But today Gus Aldulaimi did not help me to purchase the car.
