- JelmassihIt was a great pleasure working with Nick Salem at Mercedes Benz of Natick. I can say Nick made sure my experience is A+ Purchasing my 2021 GLS. He went above and beyond to explain the products and give me the product that fits my needs and locate the color and spec I am looking for despite the shortage in this time of the year due to the COVID 19 epidemic . He also helped me pick the best financing options. He worked tirelessly getting the best rate. He explained my warranty options and what to expect owning the product long term. As a result with my purchase I will be coming for my third car with MB of Natick soon. I was happy to trade in my BMW without hesitation and stay in the Mercedes brand. Thank you Nick and team.
