I explained to Alex Bernable exactly what I was looking for and within 30 minutes he got back to me with some numbers. I drove down to the dealership and was able to finalized the sale. He, with the sales manager's approval, was able to match the quote I received from other Honda dealerships I visited. No games, no stress, Alex explained the whole process and I could have even walked out with the car that evening. I chose to come back 2 days later. Hamad Deeb was the sales delivery person who did an awesome job explaining the features to my wife and I. Very patient and very thorough. Dee Mustafa took care of the lease contracts for us, staying late in the evening, having fasted all day due to holiday! Awesome job guys! More

Their showroom is beautiful and the service building is very impressive. Because I did not have to be sold on this product, it was about the customer experience and price for me. Mr. Karagoz is pleasant, knowledgeable, and experienced. Salesmen at other dealers had been on the job for less than one year; Kadir has been there 20 years and it shows. The delivery team was patient and very helpful. I'm looking forward to my first service experience. More

I’ve been buying and having good experience from DCH PARAMUS since 1999. Last Friday was a lot better! Got in at 7pm, he gets the car ready for test drive and give my trade in for quote in half an hour. The dea since 1999. Last Friday was a lot better!
