Great dealer and awesome sales team I had a pleasant experience purchasing my new Pilot at DCH Paramus, and that's because, Hamad Deeb made it so. First, I went to see a VW Atlas and a Kia Sorento at 2 other dealers, then I went to see the Honda Pilot last. I thought I was going to go in and leave with nothing, since there were no deals, and the other 2 dealers did have specials. Plus, I've heard from many that Pilots were expensive. With my 2nd child on the way I need the space but also a budget. I explained to, Hamad what I was looking for and what I was looking to pay. He worked his magic with his, awesome, manager, Lenny and I left with a beautiful 2017 Pilot. I appreciate the 2 of them listening and delivering. Also, I probably drove Hamad a bit crazy, but he has the best sense of humor and even went out of his way to find me a big red bow so I can take a picture of it on my Pilot, which was a Christmas gift from my wonderful husband. I highly recommend DCH Paramas and Hamad Deeb. More

I did my shopping online and visi I purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot Honda EX from Salesperson Hamad Deeb at Paramus Honda on Saturday November 25, 2017. I did my shopping online and visited a few dealerships in the area, no one could match the price and service Paramus DCH provided. It started out when I visited the dealer on Tuesday November 21, 2017. While Hamad was busy helping two customers he took the time out to give me his card and take my contact information. He promptly called me back with a price that Garden State, Planet Honda, nor Mahwah Honda can match. I called Hamad and told him I will be coming in on Saturday morning. He was ready when I came in with the color and exact model trim I needed. The experience was easy and painless. This is my fourth brand new car that I purchase from local dealerships between Honda and Toyota. Hamad cleaned the car and took the time to explain every feature the car came with. I have never seen someone with such attention to great detail and Excellent Level of Customer Service. In the past 30 years, we have purchased about 15 new cars and Hamad was head and shoulders above all other salesman. Hamad was very knowledgeable and was able to patiently explain all the features on the CRV and compared the features to our other Honda, a Pilot. Hamad never pressured us and answered every one of our questions. Many people consider purchasing a new vehicle a stressful experience, but Hamad made it a very pleasant one. It is salesman like Hamad that keep us returning to DCH Paramus Honda. I am sure that we will be back again and so will our children for their next vehicles.
