Hamad was very helpful in explaining the new features on our CR-V. We were trading in our old car and he asked if we cleaned it out “of course” was our answer. He then asked about our EZ-Pass, which we had forgotten. Not only did he get it from the old car, but attached it to the new one. Additionally he was helpful with regard to explaining the financing, as well as the registration issues. Additionally Matt from the sales management section was helpful and courtesy.
