My experience at this dealership was great. I love my new car! The only sour note was Manager Alex saying I couldn't put a deposit down if I wasn't 100% (I was asking to take it to my mechanic for an inspection.)- if you trust your mechanics at Brookdale Honda and the inspection process, then my mechanic will come back with approval and I'll be buying the car. Which is exactly what happened, but if felt unnecessarily stressful. More

I would’ve given 5 stars, but when I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle, I was told it was at an offsite detailer. The car I got into clearly had not been detailed at all. The engine cover was also hanging off and peeling back, which I noticed only after I got home and heard scraping underneath the car. I love the car, but if it had actually been detailed like the dealer said and if I didn’t have to have the engine cover put on correctly after leaving, I would’ve given 5. More
