The team at MB of TW made it easy and efficient in deciding what model was best for us and then facilitated making it happen.
We have been BMW loyal for over 20 years. With a new driver in the house we were looking for another car and were going to buy a BMW, however, the experience with the that dealership was less than satisfactory. We decided to look at a few other dealers, Mercedes, Audi and Cadilliac. The reception, attention to details, working to get the options we needed were unparalleled. The purchase and delivery were efficient and on point. Will definitely go back. Thanks, Erich, Mike and Harry for making it happen. Of course, my wife love the bow on the car. Nice touch for delivery.

"New Cars and a Vacation"
We selected the European Delivery program. I was somewhat apprehensive about driving in Europe, but the Apple Car Play made it a snap. It turned out to be a very memorable vacation. I purchased two cars at this time. The only problem in the purchase was the delivery time. The new model release from Germany was a bit of a problem. But the dealership was very accommodating through the transaction. My salesman was Erich Beasley. His sales method is no pressure, very laid back and easy going. He is very knowledgeable of the product lines. It is nice to ask a detailed question and get an answer that is right and not, "let me check on that".

My girlfriend and I were assisted by salesman Luis Osawa who went over and above in helping us decide what vehicle would be the best for her/us and then helped us find that vehicle and negotiate an excellent price while helping us to receive the best trade-in value for out current 2015 C300.

I purchased a vehicle I found online last week. Drove down from Little Rock, Ar. and they were very helpful in getting the deal done quickly so that I could get back on the road.
Rosario met me as soon as I walked in and introduced me to Nick the sales manager. After looking over the car I went to the finance department and Harry and Paula made things very easy.
While I was doing this David went over the car with my wife showing her how every thing worked and answered any questions she had. Yesterday I had a question concerning the radio and I called Rosario. She immediately had David call me back and he solved my problem in less than a minute.
I would no doubt purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Shane sold me a car a couple of years ago at a different dealership and I was glad to hear that he had moved over to MBUSA in The Woodlands. I was ready to make a change in the type of car I would purchase next and his move made the choice a lot easier. I was very happy with my experience and it was a plus for Joe Drago the GM to come out and welcome me. I would recommend both Shane and this dealership.

My wife and I bought a GLS from MB of the Woodlands and worked with Johnny as our sales person, although several others were involved. They were up front, easy to work with, and the entire experience was very smooth. Even when we had one minor issue, they didn't hesitate to jump in and make it right. I would absolutely do business with MBOTW again!
