We want to clarify that our aim at Holman Motorcars is to provide exceptional service to all customers, regardless of their financial status. However, we do operate within the guidelines set forth by lending institutions, and unfortunately, there are occasions where certain financial constraints may impact the ability to proceed with a purchase. In this particular instance, it seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the loan conditions set by the banks, which required a minimum down payment of $10,000. Mr. Avila's intention was not to demean or insult you, but rather to explain the situation and the constraints we face due to external factors. We value every customer and their business, and it is never our intention to make anyone feel unwelcome or disrespected. We are continually striving to improve our communication and customer service, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can do better. Hello Yennyfer, The “missunderstading” regarding the financing is not the issue. It’s also not the issue why I wrote the review. The review was based upon Mr. Avalia’s insults and behavior. Just to be sure I heard him correctly I told him, “ now you’re going to insult me I will go ahead and write a review.” Mr. Avalia double downed and said , “ yes, I’m insulting you and write whatever review you want because we know how to get rid of those “ Seems like you guys do not want to address the real issue, which is Mr. Avalia’s terrible decision to speak to me like he’s beneath me.
