I made an online appointment, and Hollie was one of the Service Advisors available. Sometimes luck is with us, because Hollie is one of the friendliest and, more importantly, honest people I have met in t Service Advisors available. Sometimes luck is with us, because Hollie is one of the friendliest and, more importantly, honest people I have met in the auto industry. She got my car back to me earlier than anyone ever has. She was honest about the service recommendations, telling me quite candidly what was truly needed and what might possibly wait a while. I had asked them to check out something on the door lock, which is often an invitation to let the dealership open your wallet. But they didn't find anything wrong, and told me to keep checking it until the next scheduled maintenance. Throughout the experience, she was friendly, fast, and eager to make it a good experience for me. The result, I no feel that I have my own service advisor at Santa Monica Toyota, and I will ask for her specifically when I make my appointments, More
