I was traveling through area for work and stopped in Klaben service center as I was having heavy vibration in my foot pedals. The truck is a company owned truck and was 2.5 hours from home, driving ano Klaben service center as I was having heavy vibration in my foot pedals. The truck is a company owned truck and was 2.5 hours from home, driving another 4 hours farther east. When I pulled in to ask if they could even take a 5 minute look at truck to see if something major was going on, I got told that they didn't have a bay open and couldn't even take a look. I went to the next place down the rode and they looked at it no problem. It ended up being bad wheel bearing so thankfully the other place could fit me in. I did not expect the dealership to stop what they were doing to fix it, but atleast take a quick look to help someone in a RAM truck (which they are a dealer of) while I was stuck out of town. More

Kim squeezed us into the service schedule on my final day of vacation for some recall work on our 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. She, very professionally, kept us in the loop during the whole process. ‘18 f250 needed some extended warranty work on my f250. Everyone was great from Sean Bradford, Tom Alcorn. Then all of a sudden Chris Moldas showed which was great need to order a maverick so he took care of that what a guy. Thanks to everyone up there. Oh yea needed wiper blades thanks to Ian and Chris in parts. More
