When I came for an Oil change last year, one of the technicians went for a joyride in my car and drove above normal driving conditions. The dealership admitted fault after the technician admitted guilt that they took advantage of my car. I felt completely disrespected by this service team. In addition, I had to let the service advisor know when my car was ready, before they did ( after the car wash was preformed). I was at the dealership for 2 hours, JUST for an oil change! I hope they used my experience as a learning lesson. If you have an S Model Audi, go to another local dealership, the technicians will abuse your car. More

We bought a used car from this dealership via the internet and emails. It was the best experience and shortest time we ever spent in a dealership in our 30 year history of buying new and used cars. Bought car off my lease and was charged 895 conveyance fee. Found out after I was ripped off because if I went to Audi direct would have been no charge. Once you buy a car here they ignore everything after even when they don’t meet their fulfillment to sell you a car. I purchased a car and I was having difficulty connecting to the Audi mmi system. I asked fo when they don’t meet their fulfillment to sell you a car. I purchased a car and I was having difficulty connecting to the Audi mmi system. I asked for assistance and all I get was snarky responses they are not supposed to help and got responses that “if they bought an Audi I would not bother connecting to the mmi it’s useless”. I will attach text messages below to prove. I tried to have them help me connect to my car but they truly have no clue how the mmi system works. I had to attend to another Audi dealership to have them help me connect my car. They truly don’t care for their customers. I know where I won’t be buying any cars from. Anywhere but here. If you want to take chances on a new car and a half winged delivery job look no where else but here! More
