I was shopping around for a good midsized truck to do some light trailering and home improvement work, and found an amazing Chevy Colorado with all the options that I wanted at a great price. Because it was such a good deal compared to all the other vehicles that I was looking at, I really couldn't say no, but I almost didn't make the purchase because of the way we were treated. They did not work at making me feel liked they cared that I bought a vehicle, or that they wanted my business. I had to ask many questions about how the pricing was working out, which changed because somewhere someone made a mistake in what they told us, and then told us it was our fault, even though we had the numbers written down. The person in finance was rude, short with responses and explanations, and was doing everything she could to not help us look through the material. Overall, this was the worst vehicle shopping experience I have ever had. I know that you can probably find a vehicle at a good price here for what you want, but don't expect to feel good about the experience. More

Our latest purchase was completed with Todd (we previously purchased a car through Ian who was great as well). Todd was patient as we came to our decision and really made sure we knew all of the options available. We left not only excited about our car, but confident that we had made a good decision. We moved three years ago and this dealership is no longer the most convenient location for us, but we chose to make the drive for both service and sales because of the wonderful people they employ. Every sales and service experience (we’ve worked with Pete in service a number of times) has been top notch. More

Chevy Blazer 2019 Purchase I do not often review my purchase experiences, but prompted by the sales experience at Chevrolet of Naperville, I shall take this opportunity. Sal I do not often review my purchase experiences, but prompted by the sales experience at Chevrolet of Naperville, I shall take this opportunity. Sales staff was excellent, attentive and very helpful, especially Ilene. Working from an online Chevrolet Build that I created, they searched the area and located the vehicle that matched. The Blazer truck was available for delivery in two days from another dealership. The purchase was completed in 2-1/2 hours with the finance office work done very efficiently, thanks to Premo. Final prep issues of muddy brake and accelerator pedals AND empty gas tank on delivery need to be mentioned in hopes that other customers do not have that experience in the future. After the purchase, HOWEVER, there was a wrinkle in the works.. I discovered that the Chevrolet build I had worked with, tho it contained side and rear warning technology, was ACTUALLY missing FORWARD Collision Warning capability. I expected that on a $44,000 vehicle that was touted to be a Technologically optimized product, like our 2013 Equinox. Being in my 70s, I preferred such features and had no idea that that would be MISSING. After discussion with several people at the dealership, I was told by Omar that there was NO option for me because we had signed approval of the sale and even tho the vehicle only had 120 miles on it, there were available ways to resolve that issue. My wife deemed Omar rude for that stance. On THAT particular problem I am DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED in the circumstances and ESPECIALLY UNHAPPY with the Chevrolet Build operation for the 2019 Blazer. Apparently that Forward Collision system is a HIDDEN option. Not Very Good for this 50-year GM person. Let Chevy know this. Thomas G. Murphy More

They made the entire process seamless, were responsive to questions via both email and phone, addressed any concerns to my satisfaction, and gave me a sense of ease during the process.
